plus sales commission

As a Duty Manager at our gym, you’ll bring demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business. You’re enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and you share our passion for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of a Duty Manager:
  • Be responsible for the smooth running of our club, including opening and closing the club when on shift.
  • Prioritize Member Satisfaction, engage with members, foster happiness, and build strong relationships.
  • Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest standards.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the benefits of Nuffield Health.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at the site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
