Mitchells & Butler PLC is recruiting a Duty Manager for a flagship Ego Copperfield site in Gravesend. The role supports the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences and a well-led team. A live-in accommodation option accompanies a competitive salary package.

You will train and energise staff, model exemplary service, and drive key business targets while maintaining the brand's Mediterranean-inspired dining experience.

Summary

As Duty Manager at EGO - Copperfield, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure to provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
