Hub Box is looking for a Duty Manager to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.

As a Duty Manager, you will:

• Support the General Manager & Deputy General Manager in leading the restaurant team to deliver our vision
• Create opportunities to coach, mentor, and train the restaurant team
• Assist the GM and DGM in shaping rotas to ensure the right staffing levels at all times
• Optimize performance and productivity to improve commercial results
• Ensure the restaurant remains safe, sound, and compliant with all Health & Safety regulations, The Good Work Plan, and The Working Time Regulations
