Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Duty Manager for the Two Brothers to support the General Manager in daily operations, drive team performance and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will train and inspire your team to deliver great food, drink, and service, acting as a role model and guiding staff development while focusing on achieving business targets and an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Ensure our guests are cared for, being the host to life's memorable moments.
