What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Duty Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the pub. Here’s what a typical day looks like:

• Leading and Inspiring - You’ll keep the team motivated and ready to deliver top-notch service.
• Hands-On Work - From mixing signature cocktails, running food, speaking to customers to keeping the day to day smooth and fun.
• Setting the Vibe - Be the standard of service and atmosphere, so every shift is memorable.
• Team Coaching - Support the growth of your team’s skills, confidence, and fun factor.
• Collaborating with Managers - Work with senior staff to make smart moves and keep things fresh.

Fast-forward to today, and we’ve got 7 stunning pubs, 500+ team members, an award-winning menu, and even 7 alpacas (yes, real ones).
