Job summary

Lane7 Dundrum is seeking a Duty Manager to lead guest experience and team delivery in a vibrant leisure venue. You will be the main contact for guests, help craft their experiences, and ensure smooth operation across the venue.

Join a dynamic team where you help maintain brand standards, manage shifts, and support guest wellbeing and safety while contributing to an engaging, immersive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Energetic and infectious personality to give guests the best possible experience.
• Creative and passionate with a can-do attitude for great customer service.
• Flexible with shifts and able to commute to the venue.
• A minimum of 1 year supervisor/management experience in hospitality or leisure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest journey is immaculate, from start to finish.
• Be the port of call for guests, including checking in, building cocktails, or cleaning tables.
• Ensure guests enjoy a fully immersive experience.
• Represent the Lane7 brand and engage with the vibrant atmosphere.
• Ensure teams follow health and safety and food management policies.
• Respond to complaints within parameters or escalate to the General Manager.
• Work with management to report and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Lead shifts and brief team members for the upcoming shift.
• Maintain knowledge of F&B offerings and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

The Role

• Ensure our guest journey is immaculate, from start to finish

• Ensure our teams are following all health and safety and food management polices
• Respond to complaints within the given parameters or escorate to the General Manager
• Work alongside the management team to ensure all maintenance issues are reported and resolved quickly and efficiently
• Lead shifts where appropriate ensuring all team members are fully briefed for the shift ahead
• Maintain great product knowledge of all F&B offerings ensuring team members are following our brand guidelines at all times
