Duty Manager Chesterfield

Francesca s Recruitment Ltd is thrilled to be working with a bold new hospitality client launching one of Chesterfield s most talked-about venues this September / October. We re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to help shape this vibrant concept from the ground up.

This isn t just another bar it s a destination. Think signature cocktails, stunning presentation, and an atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression the moment guests walk through the door.

Location: Chesterfield Salary: GBP35,000 GBP40,000 per annum

Schedule

• Four working days per week

• Two days off to recharge

• One full weekend off every month

Opening Hours

• Monday Wednesday: 9am 11:30pm

• Thursday Sunday: 9am 1am

Who We re Looking For:

• 2 3 years experience in duty management within fast-paced hospitality settings

• At least 2 years of cocktail-making expertise

• Confident leader who builds positive, high-performing teams

• Calm under pressure with a genuine love for customer service

• Organised, proactive, and thrives in energetic environments
