Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee line maintenance operations at London Luton Airport on a permanent night shift. You will manage the day-to-day shift, coordinate engineering resources and maintenance priorities while ensuring safe, compliant and efficient aircraft operations. A UK CAA/EASA Part 66 B1 licence is required; A320 experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a line maintenance and supervisory environment.
• UK CAA / EASA Part 66 B1 licence.
• Relevant aircraft type rating desirable, but not essential.
• Experience of base-operated aircraft.
• Good understanding of Part 145 requirements and aviation safety standards.
• Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance production planning.
• Right to work in the UK is essential.

We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee and coordinate line maintenance operations at London Luton Airport. This is a key operational role responsible for managing the day-to-day shift, engineering resources and maintenance priorities, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of aircraft operations.

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day line maintenance activities
• Manage engineering resources, workload and operational priorities
• Support aircraft serviceability, operational disruption and AOG situations
• Ensure compliance with Part 145 requirements, aviation safety standards and company procedures

• Ensure effective shift handovers and accurate operational records

Key Requirements

• Previous experience within a line maintenance and supervisory environment
• UK CAA / EASA Part 66 B1 licence
• Relevant aircraft type rating desirable, but not essential
• A320 family ideally sought
• Experience of base-operated aircraft
• Good understanding of Part 145 requirements and aviation safety standards
• Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance production planning
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Experience using MRO/ERP systems
• Right to work in the UK is essential
