About the Role

Join our friendly HR team at our Borehamwood Head Office, where you’ll play a key role in recruiting top talent for our retail stores across the Netherlands. You’ll be the voice of our brand to candidates—sourcing, engaging, and guiding them through the hiring journey.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where your ability to build relationships, sell opportunities, and keep candidates engaged will make a real impact.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, and direct outreach—including calling candidates and promoting roles with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Managing the full recruitment process: posting jobs, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and making offers.
  • Supporting onboarding and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
  • Delivering a great candidate experience from first contact to offer.
What we\'re looking for
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
  • Strong communication skills—you’re confident, personable, and persuasive.
  • Organised and proactive, with great time management.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous recruitment experience is a bonus, but not required—we’ll support the right person to grow into the role.
