Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote in UK
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Leading provider of CAD/CAM software solutions for both domestic and international clients in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end customer relations, ensuring that all customer needs are met consistently and promptly in a professional manner.
2. Manage sales support activities, from making warm outbound calls and processing customer orders to maintaining accurate sales records and preparing insightful reports.
3. Maintain and update records for suppliers, sales, and customers in the company’s CRM system for the designated region.
4. Process sales orders and address customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
5. Engage in trade shows, media events, and partner events to enhance the company’s market presence.
6. Assist the Sales Manager with administrative, planning, and other operational tasks as needed.
7. Visit customers within UK and Benelux region.

Candidate's Profile:
– Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)
– Knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage but is not necessary.
– Previous experience in Sales Support role.
– Working knowledge of CRP/ERP system.
– Full UK driving licence.
– Professional and positive approach to developing and maintaining relationships.
