Job summary

Hyra in Manchester (Trafford Park) is recruiting a Dutch Speaking Credit Controller for a flexible role (20–37.5 hours). Salary £32,000–£35,000 DOE with a generous bonus and excellent benefits.

You will support the Dutch operation as the business expands into The Netherlands, acting as a link between the UK Head Office and the new Dutch team. The ideal candidate may be a recent graduate or someone with admin or customer service experience, fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication

The Role

As a Dutch Speaking Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts and supporting the credit control process for the expanding Dutch operation. Duties will include:

• Managing aged debt and ensuring timely collections
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Resolving account queries efficiently and professionally
• Allocating incoming cash
• Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting activities
• Working closely with both the UK and Dutch teams
• Helping establish and enhance processes as the European operation continues to grow
