The Role:

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will offer seamlesscustomerserviceto ourcustomersacross our brands: HOKA, UGG Teva.

We’re looking forfriendlyand courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands whencommunicatingto our consumers via telephone, email, web chat andsocialmedia.

This is a multi-lingual role requiring written and oral fluency in Dutch and English.

Your Impact

  • Provide excellent,proactivecustomerserviceat allcustomercontact points, offering a seamlesscommunicationvia telephone, email, web chat andsocialmedia

  • Act as a country specialist for your market toadviseon current trends and local knowledge

  • Collaborateclosely withCustomerResolution team to ensure order fulfilment

  • Use and analyse all consumer feedback tocultivateprocess improvements to improve the consumer experience

  • Getinvolvedwith consumer experience projects with the wider business
