Job summary

Advancing People Multilingual is recruiting a Dutch Speaking Communications Executive for a FTSE100 travel client in Luton. You will shape customer experience and manage Dutch content across customer communications channels throughout the travel lifecycle.

The role requires fluent Dutch, strong copywriting and editing abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Hybrid work: 3 days remote, 2 days in Luton, with a salary of £40,000 plus up to 20% bonus and company benefits.

Advancing People Multilingual - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Dutch Speaking Communications Executive for their FTSE100 client based in Luton, Bedfordshire who are a market leading travel company.

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Communications Executive you will play a key role in the shaping and execution of the customer experience and communications strategy, supporting with the management of, and creating exciting content for, customer communications channels within The Netherlands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Creating and translating content for new customers from different European source markets.
• Helping ensure tone of voice consistency while providing guidance on market relevance
• Working closely with other teams across the business, such as PR, legal and technology to make the customer communications vision come to life.
• Creating communication content for the Customer via different media channels
• Day-to-day management of communications channels such as email, SMS, and chatbot at different points of the holidays customer journey, whether pre travel, on holiday or once back home.

Person Specification:

• Fluent in Dutch
• Creative flair for writing
• Experience of copywriting, whether from an internal, PR, marketing, customer comms or content background
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Possess a passion for communications and a thirst for on-the-job learning (including University leavers who may have studied relevant subjects such as communications).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary of £40,000 + up to 20% Bonus & attractive company benefits.
