We are looking for an ambitious Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team focusing on Financial Services sector deals. The successful candidate will assist in executing financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support new business development.
Our Transaction Services team is award-winning and highly regarded. The team specializes in financial due diligence, advising clients on business acquisitions and investments, with deal values typically ranging from £20m to £500m.
This role offers an opportunity to join the dynamic world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services. You will play an integral role in leading the execution of financial due diligence projects and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
