We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Manager.

We seek an ambitious Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team, focusing on Financial Services sector deals. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting business development.

The Transaction Services team specializes in advising on acquisitions and investments, typically with deal values between £20m and £500m.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading due diligence projects and contributing to the firm’s growth.

You will:

• Assist with client acceptance and engagement processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and interpret results.
• Identify key issues and commercial insights.
• Draft and review reports.
• Communicate with clients, target companies, and advisors.
