We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Manager to make an impact at RSM UK.

Our Consulting team brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. We have over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. These solutions support our clients' strategic goals and empower our team members to develop their careers.

We are looking for an ambitious Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team focusing on Financial Services sector deals. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting business development.

The Transaction Services team is highly regarded, specializing in advising on business acquisitions and investments typically valued between £20m and £500m.

This role offers a chance to be part of the dynamic Corporate Finance and Transaction Services environment, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with client acceptance and engagement processes.
• Conducting financial analysis and interpreting outputs.
• Identifying key deal issues and commercial insights.
• Report writing and reviewing team drafts.
• Liaising with clients, target companies, and advisors.
