We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK.

About RSM UK

Our Consulting team brings together multiple units to provide client-centric solutions within the middle market, with over 1,700 professionals generating nearly £200m revenue.

Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic services, and restructuring, enabling tailored approaches to meet strategic goals.

We seek an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team, assisting in financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business development.

Our Transaction Services team specializes in financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments, typically valued between £20m and £500m.

This role offers a chance to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

You will:

  1. Lead engagement processes and report directly to the partner.
  2. Manage fieldwork teams.
  3. Conduct financial analysis of target businesses for due diligence reports.
  4. Communicate with clients, target businesses, and advisors during transactions.
  5. Develop industry, channel, and economic expertise.
