We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to join RSM UK.

Our Consulting team offers solutions across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing, serving middle-market clients. We aim to drive growth with over 1,700 professionals generating nearly £200m revenue.

The core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic services, and restructuring, tailored to client needs and career development.

We seek an ambitious Associate Director to lead financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions, supporting new business development.

The Transaction Services team specializes in financial due diligence for acquisitions and investments, typically valued between £20m and £500m.

This role offers a chance to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

You will:

  • Lead engagement processes, reporting to partners.
  • Manage fieldwork teams.
  • Conduct financial analysis for due diligence reports.
  • Communicate with clients, target businesses, and advisors.
