We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to join our team. Make an impact at RSM UK.

Our consulting division brings together teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for middle-market clients. Our team is a major driver of growth, with over 1,700 professionals generating nearly £200m revenue.

We offer six core solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic services, and restructuring. These solutions support our clients' strategic goals and empower our team members to develop their careers.

We seek an ambitious Associate Director to lead our Due Diligence team. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business development.

The Transaction Services team is highly regarded, specializing in financial due diligence for acquisitions and investments, typically in the £20m to £500m range.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to the partner.
  2. Managing fieldwork teams.
  3. Conducting financial analysis of target companies for due diligence reports.
  4. Liaising with clients, target companies, and advisors during transactions.
