Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK.

Consulting at RSM UK brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for middle-market clients. Our Consulting team has over 1,700 professionals generating nearly £200m in revenue.

Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance support, risk and governance, forensic services, and restructuring. We aim to support clients' strategic goals and empower our team members to develop their careers.

The successful candidate will assist in executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support business development efforts.

Our Transaction Services team specializes in financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments, typically advising on deals valued between £20m and £500m.

This role offers the opportunity to lead financial due diligence projects, working closely with professionals in a dynamic corporate finance environment.

You will:

  • Lead engagement processes and report directly to the partner.
  • Manage fieldwork teams.
  • Conduct financial analysis of target companies for due diligence reports.
  • Coordinate with clients, target companies, and advisors during transactions.
  • Develop industry and economic expertise.
