We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK.

About RSM UK

Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role in driving the firm's growth, with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

Our six solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. These create tailored approaches to support our clients' strategic goals and empower our people to develop their careers.

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. The role involves executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and supporting new business generation.

Our Transaction Services team is highly regarded, specializing in financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments, typically in the £20m to £500m range.

This role offers an opportunity to work in Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to the partner.
  2. Leading fieldwork teams.
  3. Conducting financial analysis on target businesses for due diligence reports.
  4. Liaising with clients, target businesses, and advisors during transactions.
  5. Developing industry, channel, and economic expertise.
