We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director.

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. The successful candidate will assist in executing financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support new business development.

Our Transaction Services team is award-winning and highly regarded in the marketplace. The team specializes in financial due diligence, advising clients on business acquisitions and investments, typically in the £20m to £500m deal range.

This role offers an opportunity to join the dynamic world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading the execution of financial due diligence projects and contributing to the business’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to the partner.
  • Leading fieldwork teams.
  • Conducting financial analysis on target businesses for due diligence reports.
  • Liaising with clients, target businesses, and professional advisors.
  • Developing industry, channel, and economic expertise.

  • Be able to build relationships internally and externally and work well in a team.
