Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK. Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role in driving the firm’s growth, with over 1,700 people delivering nearly £200m revenue.

At the heart of Consulting are six solutions: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our solutions support clients in achieving strategic goals and empower our people to develop their careers.

The Associate Director will assist in executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support business development. The Transaction Services team specializes in financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments, typically in the £20m to £500m range.

This role offers an opportunity to join the fast-moving world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading the execution of financial due diligence projects and contributing to business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to the partner.
  2. Leading fieldwork teams.
  3. Conducting financial analysis of target businesses for due diligence reports.
  4. Liaising with clients, target businesses, and advisors during transactions.
  5. Developing industry, channel, and economic expertise.
