Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Due Diligence Associate Director to make an impact at RSM UK. Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team plays a major role in driving the firm's growth, with over 1,700 people delivering nearly £200m revenue.

Our core solutions include business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. These solutions support our clients in achieving strategic goals and empower our team members to develop unique career paths.

The role involves leading financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions, supporting new business generation, and leading engagement processes reporting directly to the partner. You'll oversee fieldwork teams, analyze target businesses, liaise with clients and advisors, and develop industry, channel, and economic expertise.

Ideal candidates should be qualified Chartered Accountants (ACA or equivalent), with experience in Transaction services, particularly in TMT sector deals, and a proven track record in high-quality due diligence reports. A strong understanding of deal mechanics, high accuracy, integrity, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills are essential.
