We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join our growing Due Diligence team. The successful candidate will assist in executing financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support new business development.

Our Transaction Services team is highly regarded in the market, specializing in financial due diligence for business acquisitions and investments with deal values typically ranging from £5m to £250m.

This role offers an opportunity to work in the fast-moving world of Corporate Finance and Transaction Services, leading the execution of financial due diligence projects and contributing to the growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading engagement processes and reporting directly to the partner.
  2. Leading fieldwork teams.
  3. Directing financial analysis on target businesses for due diligence reports.
  4. Liaising with clients, target businesses, and professional advisors.
  5. Developing industry, channel, and economic expertise.
