A construction company in London seeks a Ductwork Project Manager to oversee HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in commercial ductwork management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams effectively. We are currently recruiting for a Ductwork Project Manager to join an established Ductwork Contractor delivering high–quality commercial HVAC schemes in Central London. With a turnover of approximately GBP30 million, the business is well–positioned in the market, working with leading fit–out contractors and holding a strong pipeline of long–term projects.
Role Overview:
Lead and manage ductwork installation packages on commercial office and fit–out projects.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high–standard delivery.
Oversee project QA documentation, H&S compliance, and ensure quality benchmarks are met throughout.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues and drive programme.
Ensure all paperwork, RAMS, commissioning plans, and handover documents are completed accurately.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Ductwork or HVAC Project Management within commercial construction.
Solid understanding of QA procedures, documentation, and building services coordination.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS card, and relevant HVAC qualifications desirable.
