The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting ductwork systems in commercial settings. The role involves ensuring that kitchen extract ducts are free from dust, debris, grease, and other contaminants, contributing to a cleaner kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Duct Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of kitchen extract system, HVAC systems, and ventilation units using specialized tools and equipment.
• Maintenance: Ensure that all ductwork is maintained to a high standard, addressing any minor repairs and recommending further action if necessary.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of protective gear and equipment.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, including before-and-after photos, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other technicians and team members to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Equipment Care: Maintain and clean all tools and equipment used in duct cleaning, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Health and Safety: Follow all health and safety regulations, including handling hazardous materials and ensuring proper ventilation during cleaning processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, or a related field is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, crawling, and working in confined spaces.
