Experienced Grease Hygiene Operatives / Duct Cleaner Immediate Start
Employer: Motion Group
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Nationwide (UK-wide travel required)
Hourly Rate: GBP16.25 (for fully experienced operatives)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Primarily Out of Hours (typically 23 00)

About the Role:

Motion Group is currently seeking experienced duct and grease hygiene operatives to join our expanding team. We specialise in delivering high-quality kitchen deep cleaning and extract system maintenance for a wide range of clients including restaurants, hotels, casinos, and commercial kitchens.

With over 30 years of industry experience, we have built a strong reputation for delivering services to the highest TR19 standards. As we continue to grow, we are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to help us maintain our exceptional reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete extraction system cleans to TR19 standards
• Fit access panels where required
• Follow job schedules provided in advance
• Log in and out of customer systems as required
• Obtain customer signatures upon job completion
• Submit detailed reports with pre- and post-cleaning images through our portal

What We re Looking For:

• Experienced in duct/grease hygiene cleaning
• Willingness to work night shifts and travel/stay away from home (Mon evening Sat morning)
• Physically fit and comfortable working at height and in confined spaces
• Honest, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
• Good attention to detail
• Full clean UK/EU driving licence preferred (not essential)

• PPE required (not provided)
