Job summary

T3AM Global is seeking energetic Energy Sales Executives to join our Dubai-based team. You will generate new business with commercial customers in a high-volume outbound setting, aiming to exceed sales targets and KPI metrics while building lasting client relationships.

The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commission, relocation support including accommodation, and clear career progression within an international energy sales operation in a vibrant market.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a sales or target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence working in a high-volume outbound sales role.
• Self-motivation, resilience and a strong desire to succeed.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Making high volumes of outbound sales calls to business customers
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales
• Building rapport and developing long-term customer relationships
• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion
• Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM updates
• Working as part of a motivated and competitive sales team
