Job Description

Responsibilities include:
  1. Organising and maintaining the quality of the room sales service by maximising occupancy and the average rate per room.
  2. Collaborating with the Reservation Supervisor, Revenue Manager, and Operations Manager/Assistant GM to pursue high profitability.
  3. Establishing excellent relations with customers to ensure loyalty.
  4. Maximising department turnover based on occupancy and room pricing.
  5. Checking invoicing for no-shows and cancellations.
  6. Providing front desk coverage when necessary.

Applicants must have good written and spoken English and previous experience in Reservation/Front Office roles.
