Role Responsibilities

• Line management of the practice team
• Supporting clinical team to meet NHS and Private objectives
• Managing profit and loss, costs, and identifying growth opportunities
• Reviewing business reports for efficiency and profitability
• Supervising banking procedures, deposits, payments, reconciliation, and debt management
• Maintaining practice documentation, policies, and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements

Skills and Experience

• Dental Practice Management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience managing business performance, KPIs, and P&L
• Staff management, appraisals, and performance reviews
• Enthusiasm and motivation to grow the practice
• Hold or willing to obtain CQC registration (including DBS)
