Job description

A timeless British cosmetics retailer is looking for a dual-site manager for their Cambridge and surrounding store(s). Originally established over 50 years ago, the company is a household name and has even supplied products to the royal family.

The role will be based out of one store for 2-3 days out of the week and will oversee surrounding stores as required. Driving a luxury level of service in-store and setting a positive atmosphere for the team to thrive will be required for this position.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a premium/luxury environment and will understand the beauty experience. Coming from a concession, wholesale, or standalone background will also be beneficial.

The role is paying up to £42, with the opportunity to further grow your salary through a KPI-based bonus structure.
