Join Zental in London as a Dual-site Dental Practice Manager to oversee two clinics, lead day-to-day performance across people, patients and revenue, and drive improvements in the patient journey and operational efficiency.

The role requires a strong management background, commercial mindset, and multi-site experience in dentistry. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and support growth through marketing and community engagement.

Formación

• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance management, and commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of practice level financials, including revenue drivers, cost control, and budget oversight.
• Confident, credible leadership style with the ability to motivate, challenge and develop others.
• Experience handling people matters including performance improvement, absence management, and team development.
• Organised, structured, and solutions focused, with consistent follow through.
• Patient-centred mindset with confidence managing concerns and complaints effectively.
• Experienced in Multi-site operations or as a Business development manager.
• Management qualification or relevant leadership development.
• Previous experience in a private dental or private healthcare setting.
• Experience improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through process and coaching.
