Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager / Derby / Mackworth, Derbyshire / Full Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting dental practices located in Derbyshire who are looking to recruit a Dual-Site Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Details:

1. Available as soon as possible.
2. Notice periods are taken into consideration.
3. Mixed practice environments.
4. Full time opportunity - 5 days per week.
5. Monday - Friday with working hours to be discussed.
6. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
7. Practice performance bonus also in place.
8. GDC & Indemnity fees covered (if needed).
9. You will be required to travel between 2 practices located in Derby & Mackworth.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' dental practice management experience. The practice manager will carry out management duties to ensure effective growth, development and running of the practice. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Marketing
2. Patient feedback
3. Staff development
4. HR duties
5. Compliance of the practice
6. Increasing private revenue
7. Finance
8. Managing KPI's & practice budgets

The Practice Manager will be patient orientated, self-motivated and an inspirational team leader. All candidates must have dental practice management experience & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
