Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
  • Lead by example and uphold high service standards
  • Meet and maintain store and company sales targets, operational goals, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with your team and Senior Management
  • Manage and develop a high-performance team through coaching, productivity management, and employee relations
  • Oversee staff scheduling, meet payroll budgets, and adapt to trading patterns
  • Schedule staff effectively to ensure adequate coverage during peak times
  • Protect brand standards and ensure staff maintain personal presentation standards
  • Maintain excellent visual presentation in line with company guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience
  • Experience with fashion-forward footwear, accessories, or fashion brands
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to drive sales and team performance against KPIs
  • Immaculate presentation and representation of our luxury/fashion-forward brand
