Job summary

Elephant Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Children's Residential Registered Manager to oversee two 3-bed homes in the OX11 area of Oxfordshire. You will provide leadership, regulatory oversight and a clear, child-centred approach across both sites, ensuring safeguarding, care planning and quality standards are consistently applied.

This dual-registered role requires strong people management, strategic delegation and the ability to develop teams across two settings.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Children's Residential Registered Manager.
• Strong leadership of multi-site teams in children's services.
• Proven ability to maintain safeguarding and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide registered management oversight across two 3-bed homes in Oxfordshire.
• Lead and develop larger staff teams across both provisions.
• Oversee safeguarding, care planning, risk management and quality assurance across both sites.
• Support staff to respond effectively to complex needs of young people.
• Maintain standards in line with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Quality Standards.
• Collaborate with provider and external professionals to support positive outcomes.
