? Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Home
We’re looking for an experienced and dedicated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two children’s homes, ensuring exceptional care and positive outcomes for young people. You’ll hold legal responsibility for both settings, lead the staff teams, and ensure excellence in care delivery, compliance, and safeguarding.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to ensure high-quality, child-focused care.
- Ensure compliance with Children’s Home Regulations & Quality Standards.
- Implement Quality of Life Plans and therapeutic practices (PACE model).
- Develop and support staff through training, supervision, and reflection.
- Role model professionalism, integrity, and a “can-do” attitude.
- Lead safeguarding and respond to referrals swiftly and appropriately.
- Foster a culture of safety, emotional sensitivity, and respect.
- Ensure adherence to risk management and supervision plans.
- Oversee accurate and high-standard recording and reporting systems.

- Recruit, supervise, and appraise team members to ensure excellence.
- Manage rotas, leave, training schedules, and absence procedures.
- Delegate effectively and guide daily shift planning.
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and positive communication.
