• Salary range of £67.5K to £72.5K for dual registration

The Role:

The Dual Registered Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the operations of a 4-bed EBD home in Redditch and a 3-bed EBD home in South Birmingham
• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and maintaining current GOOD grading
• Leading and supporting a team of Deputy Managers and care staff
• Managing budgets and resources effectively
• Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children aged 8 to 16

The Candidate:

The ideal Dual Registered Manager will have:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated home
