Are you an experienced Deputy Manager or Home Manager in a children's residential setting, ready to take the next exciting step in your career? At Amegreen Children’s Services Ltd, we have an incredible opportunity for a passionate leader to join us as a Dual Home Manager - a role that offers progression, purpose, and the chance to truly shape young lives.

Salary: £30,000 - £34,300 per annum (including sleep-ins)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Tadley, West Berkshire

About The Role - Dual Home Manager

As a Dual Home Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting the daily running of two vibrant homes alongside our experienced Registered Manager. You’ll guide and inspire a passionate team, ensure the highest standards of care, and create a home where every child feels safe, valued, and able to thrive.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Deputy Manager looking to step up or an existing Home Manager ready to expand their influence across multiple homes.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting and empowering your team to deliver exceptional care
  • Leading by example to create a positive, person-centred culture
  • Ensuring full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations
  • Welcoming, training, and mentoring new team members
  • Working closely with senior leaders to develop best practices and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
  • Level 3 qualification in Children, Young People & Families (or equivalent)
  • Ideally, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Home Manager in a children’s residential setting
  • A strong understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations
  • Inspirational leadership skills and a passion for helping children achieve their full potential
