Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters is expanding its team with skilled Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers on a permanent basis. You will exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes, provide a first‑class after‑care demonstration, and repair/maintain meters after install.

Banding A £39,923; Banding B £41,571; OTE for DF only engineers £48–53K – uncapped, with performance bonuses and a lunch allowance.

Qualifications

• MET1 qualification required.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 qualifications required.
• Single phase electrical knowledge required.
• MOCOPA (1a/1c) qualification required.
• REGT1 and polyphase knowledge desirable.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Minimum 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first-class after-care service including a full demonstration on using the new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.
