Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in Newport is seeking skilled Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers for a permanent role. You will exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes and provide a thorough after-care demonstration on using the new meter.

Role includes repairing and maintaining meters after install, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Competitive salary with bonuses and employee benefits in a growing UK metering business.

Qualifications

• MET1
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3
• Single phase electric
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c)
• REGT1 and polyphase electric (desirable)
• Full UK Driving licence
• Minimum of 6 months experience in fitting dual fuel smart meters
• 3 phase or single-off multi is advantageous

Responsibilities

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.
