Job summary
Sureserve Energy Services Meters is seeking skilled Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers for permanent roles across the UK. You will swap gas and electricity meters in customers' homes and deliver a comprehensive meter demonstration.
You will also repair and maintain meters after installation, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Applicants should hold MET1 and CCN1/CMA1/CMA3, have a Full UK driving licence, and at least 6 months of dual fuel meter installation experience.
Qualifications
- MET1 qualification required.
- CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 qualifications required.
- Experience with single phase electricity networks.
- MOCOPA (1a and 1c) knowledge is essential for installation work.
- REGT1 and polyphase electric knowledge is desirable.
- Valid UK driving licence required.
- Minimum 6 months of dual fuel smart meter fitting experience.
- 3 phase or single-off multi experience is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
- Provide a first-class after-care service including a full meter demo to customers.
- Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.
