Job summary

Orion Smart Metering is hiring a Dual Fuel Engineer to install smart meters in domestic properties and provide a professional service across the country. You will work in a structured team, ensuring safety and compliance at all times and represent Orion within a nationwide engineering network.

The role requires CMA1/CCN1/MET1 and MOCOPA certifications, a full UK driving licence, and DBS clearance (recent within 3 months preferred). Weekend work is optional against targets.

Qualifications

• Smart Meter Engineering qualification is required.
• CMA1, CCN1 and MET1 certifications are required.
• MOCOPA certification (or completed during induction) is needed.

Responsibilities

• Install smart meters safely and efficiently in domestic properties.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service.
• Ensure all work meets industry safety and compliance standards.
• Represent Orion Smart Metering as part of a nationwide engineering team.
