A leading technology staffing company in Newcastle Upon Tyne is looking for a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer. You will be responsible for installations and repairs while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in gas and electric meter installations and relevant qualifications. Competitive salary of £38,589 with OTE of £44,480 plus additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in domestic gas and electric meter installations.
• Ideally hold CCN1 or CMA1 & MET1 Qualifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend new installations or complex repairs and represent British Gas in the customer's home.
• Provide excellent customer service with support from managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues.

Overview

Join TieTalent as a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer. We are looking for Smart engineers to join our team of experienced Engineers to ensure that our customers get the help they need, when they need it. Base salary is £38,589 with uncapped OTE £44,480 (plus London Weighting where applicable) through our field reward scheme.

• Attend new installations or complex repairs and represent British Gas in the customer\'s home.
• Provide excellent customer service with support from managers, mentors, and engineer colleagues.

Qualifications

• Ideally a minimum of 2 years or more experience in domestic gas and electric meter installations
• CCN1 or CMA1 & MET1 Qualifications or an industry recognised equivalent
