Base pay range

MPAAS is looking to recruit experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter engineers to work on behalf of some of the largest energy suppliers in the UK. We are recruiting engineers in all South East postcode areas - BN, CT, TN, ME, RH.

Considering your salary of £37,000, plus a Health & Safety Bonus of £500 per quarter and an Attendance Bonus of £300 per month, you could earn up to £42,600 before any meter fitting bonus or optional Saturday overtime.

The full package includes:

• Salary: £37,000
• Attendance Bonus: £300/month
• Health & Safety Bonus: £2,000 (paid £500 quarterly)
• Daily Meter Fit Bonus: £20 per meter after the 5th meter (e.g., 3 Duals = £20, 4 Duals = £60)
• Optional Saturday Working: £60 for single, £110 for dual
• On-Call: 1 in 8-week rota
• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours/week, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch)
• Holidays: 23 days + 8 bank holidays, plus 1 incremental service day (up to 25 days total)
• Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme: buy up to 5 extra days or sell unused days over the statutory minimum of 20
• Private Medical Care: optional with Vitality
• Life Assurance: 2x annual salary
• Pension: 5% employee, 3% employer
• Refer a Friend: £500 for successful referral
