What will you be doing?

As a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer, you'll join our client's Metering team, supporting major energy suppliers like EON, OVO, and EDF. Your key duties will include:

  1. Installing smart meters (dual fuel)
  2. Investigating non-communicating meters
  3. Handling emergency and maintenance appointments

You will work independently in the field, meeting new people daily and delivering outstanding customer service. You will explain meter functions and safety clearly and respond quickly to restore gas or electricity during outages.

Our client offers regular training to ensure your skills remain sharp and up to date.

What you'll bring:
  • A valid UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year, with no more than 6 points)
  • Qualifications such as CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3, or NVQ Level 2 in Smart Metering (Dual Fuel)
  • Experience installing gas and electric smart meters
  • Previous MOCOPA experience
Additional skills (not essential):
  • REGT1, 3-phase, or CT metering
