Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in Harrogate is seeking experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to replace gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes and demonstrate operation.

This permanent role offers competitive salary bands (£39,923–£41,571), uncapped OTE £48–£53K, plus bonuses, lunch expenses, pension and extensive benefits. Applicants must hold UK driving licence and relevant metering qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold MET1 and CCN1/CMA1/CMA3.
• UK driving licence is required.
• Experience fitting dual fuel smart meters preferred.
• 3 phase or single-off multi experience advantageous.
• DBS checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service with a full meter demonstration.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers’ homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £

39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £

41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K – uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses
