Sureserve Energy Services Meters in Galashiels is hiring a Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer to exchange meters in customers' homes and ensure excellent after-care support. You will demonstrate meter usage and handle post-install maintenance as needed.

Formación

• MET1 qualification required.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 certifications preferred.
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c) knowledge required or desirable.
• REGT1 and polyphase awareness preferred.
• Full UK Driving licence is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months dual fuel smart meter fitting experience.
• 3 phase or multi-approach experience advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a first-class after-care demonstration on new meters.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers homes.

Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.

Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £ 39,923 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses

Qualifications and Key skills required:

MET1

CCN1/CMA1/CMA3

MOCOPA (1a and 1c)

REGT1 and polyphase electric (desirable not essential)

Full UK Driving licence

Minimum of 6 months experience in fitting dual fuel smart meters

3 phase or single-off multi is advantageous
