Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is supporting a well-established asbestos consultancy in Birmingham, seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. This dual-qualified role covers surveying and analysis across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites in the Midlands, with clear career progression.

You will hold BOHS P402/403/404 and a full UK driving licence, delivering high-quality asbestos services while adhering to HSG264/HSG248 standards.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications are essential.
•  
• Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and industry compliance.
•    
• Experience in a dual Surveyor/Analyst role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition asbestos surveys.
•  
• Undertaking air monitoring including 4-stage clearances.
•  
• Producing reports in line with guidance and client requirements.
•  
• Co-ordinating workloads across multiple sites.
•  
• Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams.
