Job Title: DTC Performance Marketing Lead (UK + EU Markets)

Location: Fully remote (UK based)

We’re a fast-growing UK DTC haircare brand on a mission to help women embrace and love their natural wavy hair.

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own our paid growth across the UK and Europe.

The Role

As Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, ROAS, and revenue through paid channels - including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You'll manage UK performance campaigns directly and oversee local execution in key European markets. This role blends sharp performance strategy with creative experimentation and international market coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google), and programmatic campaigns for the UK.
  • Own and execute testing roadmaps: creatives, audiences, landing pages, formats, messaging.
  • Deliver aggressive CAC, ROAS, and new customer acquisition goals.

European Market Oversight

  • Manage and collaborate with local freelance performance marketers in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and France.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars, budgets, and creative briefs across markets.
  • Review performance reporting, coach freelancers, and align strategies to brand and growth targets.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., GA4, Looker, Lifetimely) to monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention funnels.
  • Provide actionable insights on media efficiency and budget allocation.
  • Work closely with the data team to improve attribution and incrementality testing.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative and brand team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Initially execute, and eventually set-up and further align with the retention team on full-funnel performance - from acquisition to email flows and repurchase.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional moments with e-commerce and content teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years experience in performance marketing for a DTC/e-commerce brand and/or specialised performance agency.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search channels with proven acquisition and ROAS results.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with BI tools, spreadsheets, attribution models, A/B testing, and pixel tracking.
  • Experience managing freelancers or agencies in multiple European markets is favourable.
  • Proficient with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and CRM/AI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Affinity for beauty, wellness, or personal care a strong plus.

Consistently acquire new customers at target CAC while scaling paid media across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Lead UK execution and drive EU growth through local market coordination. Use performance data, creative testing, and full-funnel strategy to turn paid media into a predictable growth engine.
